Bookings: All booking MUST have either a valid credit card or debit card on file to reserve a monthly membership plan.  A deposit is due to secure your single appointment.

Liability: All brushes, makeup and skin care products are kept sanitary and sanitized between EVERY client.Any skin conditions MUST be reported to the makeup artist prior to application and, if needed, a patch test will be performed for any skin sensitivities.

Client(s) agree to release the Makeup Artist/Aesthetician of Golden Bombshell Aesthetics, LLC and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Use of Image: Golden Bombshell Aesthetics or any representatives or agents affiliated with and/or videos on it's website or any social media platforms, flyers, brochures or any advertising it deems necessary. This includes any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally captured or recorded by Golden Bombshell Aesthetics, LLC and any and all of it representatives or agents. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographer and/or videographers used for recording any event for which Golden Bombshell Aesthetics, LLC has been contacted to do makeup or skin care services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Makeup/Aesthetician services will be completed to the client(s) satisfaction. Acceptance of completed application by client is acknowledged by the client that application is done to his/her satisfaction.

Running Late: A late fee of $10 will be applied to the total balance if the client is 7 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment and do not notify the service provider, the appointment will be marked as a no show and the full balance will be collected from the card on file.

Cancellations: Golden Bombshell Aesthetics understands that things happen. Please give a notice 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Same day cancellations will result in payment of 50% of the scheduled fee. No call/ no show will result in the client being responsible for 100% of the service fee. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
